SHIPPING POLICY (PRE-ORDER HAIR)

 

Pre-Order Processing

 

All bundles, wigs, and hair extensions are pre-order items. This means your hair is sourced, prepared, and shipped after your order is placed to ensure the highest quality.


Processing Time:

 

  • Raw Hair: 7–14 business days

  • Virgin Hair: 5–10 business days

(Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.)

If your order is delayed due to sourcing or quality checks, we will notify you by email.

 

Shipping Time

Once your order has finished processing:

Standard Shipping (US): 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping time begins after processing is complete.

 

Order Updates

You will receive:

 

  • An order confirmation email

  • A second email with tracking information once your order ships

    Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update.

 

 

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address.

She’s So Raw Hair is not responsible for:

 

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

 

Cancellations & Changes

 


Because all hair is made-to-order, orders cannot be canceled or changed once processing begins.

 

International Shipping

International orders may take longer due to customs delays.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
