Pre-Order & Custom Products
Because all items are pre-order or custom, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Wigs, frontals, closures, or custom units
This allows us to maintain the luxury, high-quality standard of every piece we sell.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shessorawhairextensions@gmail.
