At She’s So Raw Hair, we are dedicated to providing you with premium, high-quality hair products. Each bundle, wig, and extension is carefully sourced and inspected before shipping to ensure you receive the best quality possible.

 


Pre-Order & Custom Products

Because all items are pre-order or custom, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

 

  • Raw or virgin hair bundles

  • Wigs, frontals, closures, or custom units

This allows us to maintain the luxury, high-quality standard of every piece we sell.

 


Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shessorawhairextensions@gmail.com with:

 

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

 


Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
